1. Shipping Options & Processing Time
We currently offer two delivery options:

Normal Shipping (Free)
Processing time: 4–5 business days
Delivery is free of charge.

Express Shipping (₹150)
Processing time: 2 business days
A flat fee of ₹150 applies for faster processing and dispatch.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time by Region
Normal Shipping:

South Region: 3–4 business days

Express Shipping:

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical factors.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
If tracking is available, it will include your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
